COMPULSORY TERMS & CONDITIONS
01 Period of Contract Minimum 02 (Two) years.
02. Probation Period 90 (Ninety) days.
03. Daily working hours 08 (Eight) hours per day, Maximum 12 (Twelve) hours per day with 04 (Four) hours paid Overtime.
04. Weekly working Days 06 (Six) days per week.
05. Weekly rest days 01 (One) day per week paid Holiday.
06. Rate of Overtime As per the Labour Law of the Host Country or Minimum of 1.5 times of basic salary per hour.
07. Accommodation Free of Cost Bachelor type accommodation (Not Tents) must be provided by the Employer.
08. Messing facilities Free food or Food Allowance to be provided by the Employer.
09. Medical Facilities Free Medical facilities to be provided by the Employer.
10. Transportation Free Transportation to be provided by the Employer.
11. Passage Both ways economy class Air ticket to be provided by the Employer.
12. Vacation / Leave per year As per the labour Law of the Host country.
13. Social Security/ Insurance Employee to be covered at the cost of the Employer, according to the Labour Laws.
14. Dead Bodies Despatch of Dead bodies or evacuation due to serious injury will be made to India at Employer's expenses.
  • All personal recruited will be qualified and experienced as per job description provided by the Employer,
  • Technical workers will be selected only after trade test (Grade A or B) in a Reputed Technical Training Center.
  • Interviews can be arranged at any places in India according to the directions of Employer to get the maximum numbers of Employee.
  • salaries could be negotiated with candidates at the time of Interview.
  • Suitable CVs will be provided in case Employer decides to short list candidates before Interviews.
  • After the Selection, we will provide the workers within 30-45 days from receipt of Original Visa Documents. This is Subject to approval of visa Documents from the Consulate in India.
  • Candidates recruited directly by us would be on a probation period of 03 months from the date of their employment.
  • It is recommended and appreciated that Employer may provide Air Ticket for the selected candidates for their journey to take up Employment.
  • We would be happy to receive a nominal recruitment fee from the Employer per recruited candidate, however this is not a must.
  • We will not be subletting the business to any agency besides our selves.
